The Babolat Xalt takes care of that problem by offering the best of both worlds. The power and comfort are a result of the soft core comprised of flexible polyamide filaments. The control comes from the outer wrap, which features glass beads to create a stiffer, more durable string. Finally, the silicon coating on the surface of the string increases the snapback and thus increases the spin. With these characteristics combined, the end result is a softer spin string great for those transitioning in or out of a full string-bed of polyester.
